Karsten Hvidberg
Karsten has a proven track record of successful exits. He co-founded and served as CTO of IO Interactive (creators of the Hitman games), where he was responsible for the company’s technical platform across the organization.
He later became CTO at Area9, which received the largest investment ever made by the Danish Growth Fund (Vækstfonden).
Karsten also co-founded and served as CTO of CourseTune — a platform for visualizing curricula and learning objectives, used by institutions such as Harvard — which was acquired by Academic Partners in 2021.
In addition, he founded Bloomsights, a wellbeing platform for schoolchildren, where he gained hands-on experience with GDPR, data protection, and ISAE 3000 Type 2 certification.
Throughout his career, Karsten has repeatedly transformed complex technology into scalable businesses with global impact.
Ruvan Fernando
Ruvan completed his first successful exit in 1998 with Computerpriser.dk and went on to co-found Juul & Stejle (later HelloWeb), one of Denmark’s largest interactive agencies.
At AdPeople, he developed systems for the automated production of millions of InDesign catalogs for Dell — work that led to the co-founding of Frontlab in 2005.
Frontlab became the world’s first InDesign-based proofing system and was adopted by leading global brands.
The company was acquired by LanguageWire in 2018, which was later purchased by the private equity firm Bridgepoint in 2021.
